What is your returns policy?
"Customers are responsible for all shipping." All items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. If it is a special product the product is non-returnable and their will be no refund. The items must be returned in the condition in which it was shipped, i.e. (shoe box, hat box). Additional fees maybe added to the customer for restocking if received in damage condition. Customers will be given a website credit or a full refund depending upon the circumstances. All returns must be returned in its original packaging. Returns must be shipped back to the return address. Please include a copy of your receipt of purchases. Shipments returned without a receipt will receive website credit. No authorization number is needed for returns.
